Juniper Advises Ludington’s Memorial Medical Center of West Michigan
Memorial Medical Center of West Michigan, a 73-bed nonprofit regional medical center based in Ludington, MI, has signed a non-binding letter of intent to partner with Spectrum Health, a nonprofit West Michigan health system based in Grand Rapids, MI. The announcement comes after a nationwide search and evaluation of potential partners and partnership models, which was conducted by Juniper Advisory. The Board of Directors chose Spectrum Health from a list of eight finalist partners.
