Marquette General Health System Featured on Fox TV6
MGH in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula
Juniper client Marquette General Health System was featured in a recent Fox TV6 television news story which provided a six month update on the accomplishments of the system after they entered into a roughly $500 million transaction with Duke LifePoint in 2012.
This was the largest rural transaction in history and the first competitive, market-clearing process in Michigan. The transaction also represents a major advancement in the use and application of the innovative “buyer joint venture” structure.
