The Dodge County (Neb.) Board of Supervisors, Fremont Health Board of Trustees and Nebraska Methodist Health System Board of Directors approved a strategic partnership between Fremont Health and Methodist. The newly created subsidiary of Methodist, Methodist Fremont Health, will lease Fremont health facilities, including Fremont Health Medical Center, from Dodge County. We advised Fremont Health on this transaction.
