Watertown Regional Medical Center Exploring Partnership Options

Watertown Regional Medical Center (WRMC), an independent nonprofit hospital located in Watertown, WI which maintains a clinical affiliation with UW Health, has announced the initiation of a strategic process to explore whether a health system partner would accelerate WRMC’s ability to achieve its long-term vision for the organization. The WRMC Board of Directors has engaged Juniper Advisory to assist the Board and executive leadership team in their exploration and evaluation of potential partnership options and structures. WRMC has decided to explore its options while in a position of financial strength, with ongoing momentum from existing investments. The Board hopes to maximize strategic options available to WRMC in the face of ever-growing challenges facing standalone hospitals across the country.
