James Burgdorfer spoke on a panel titled “Collaborations between academic medical centers, 501(c)3’s, and investor owned systems” at the Becker’s Hospital Review 2013 Annual Meeting. The event was held in Chicago from May 9-11, 2013. Fellow panelists included Scott Powder, Vice President of Strategic Planning and Growth at Advocate Health Care, and Pete Lawson, Executive Vice President of Development at Health Management Associates.
