Quorum Health Completes Transaction with Java Medical Group

Quorum Health Corporation, headquartered in Brentwood, TN, has transferred ownership of Fannin Regional Hospital to Java Medical Group, located in Nashville, TN.
Fannin Regional Hospital is a short-term acute care hospital located in Blue Ridge, GA, serving its community since 1977. It has a geographically diverse patient population that spans from Fannin County, Georgia to Polk County, Tennessee, and is designated a Medicare Dependent Hospital. Fannin primarily provides emergency, surgical and rehabilitation services to its patients.
Java Medical Group’s focused purpose of partnering with rural hospitals to reorient their business models and become financially viable will ensure that Fannin Regional Hospital can continue to provide quality healthcare for its community for generations to come.

Juniper designed and managed a comprehensive market-clearing transaction, drafted information materials, helped assemble an electronic data room, coordinated due diligence visits, and assisted in the negotiation of the agreement between the parties.
