Rex Burgdorfer Presents at Becker’s Hospital Review CEO Strategy Roundtable

Rex Burgdorfer co-presented “Key Factors Affecting Community Hospital Sales” as part of the annual Becker’s Hospital Review CEO Strategy Roundtable, held in Chicago on November 14, 2013. He was joined on the panel by McGuireWoods attorneys Geoffrey Cockrell and Holly Carnell, and the session was moderated by Scott Becker, attorney at McGuireWoods and publisher of Becker’s Hospital Review.

The panel discussed key factors driving community hospitals to seek partners and the issues that these hospitals face when embarking on a partnership, including sale negotiations, PR communications, and cultural fit between partners.
