Prior to joining Juniper, he held investment banking positions at Robert W. Baird & Co. and Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, where he supported a range of healthcare M&A transactions.
Charles graduated Cum Laude from the Honors College at Miami University’s Farmer School of Business, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Business Analytics.
