We want to thank the Louisiana Hospital Association for allowing our team to be part of their mission to support LHA members through advocacy, education, and services.
In August, Brent McDonald, Jordan Shields, and Adam Davis finished a 3-part educational initiative with LHA.
The webinar series described national trends, headwinds facing hospitals, and the complexity of dealing with unfunded mandates. Participants were able to gain an understanding of best practices related to evaluating and assessing strategic direction, transaction structural options and success factors that lead to optimal execution of strategic transactions.
Our team was proud to serve as faculty and partner with LHA on this educational program!
